[ curlopt_connecttimeout ]
Method
[curlopt_connecttimeout] is used together with [curl->set]. The parameter expected by [curl->set] is an integer that will be used to set the number of seconds to allow the connection phase to take. If set to zero, then the system's internal timeout will be used. See also [curlopt_timeout].
